Joining
The WhatsApp group and website is for Gardenia Townhomes Owners only. In case you do not provide any proof of your ownership within the community your membership will be denied or revoked. All members are required to read, understand and agree with the rules of this group prior to joining, posting or making comment. Addition of member, deletion of posts/members & banning of members is at the discretion of the administrators. Members in contravention of rules will receive a warning & then banned for subsequent contravention OR be banned on first contravention, depending on the seriousness of the matter.

Respect Everyone's Privacy
Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should not be disclosed to anyone outside the group. The contact details of the group members are classified information. The sharing of group member's contacts for commercial purposes (Insurance, mortgage, real estate, promotion etc.) is strictly forbidden.

Be Kind and Courteous
We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let's treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural but kindness is required. Make sure everyone feels safe. Harassment and bullying of any kind isn't allowed. Posts must not comprise degrading comments about race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, hate speech or anything posted in violation of the law of the U.A.E. Naming & Shaming is not allowed. In case of any doubt feel free to ask the admins.

No Promotions, Business Ads or Spam
Spam and irrelevant links aren't allowed. Only businesses owned by members may be advertised and may only be shared once in 3 months.
Any private item owned by/for sale by a resident may be advertised. No advertising on behalf of a non-resident. Any commercial activity regulated by law will not be permitted. Sale of fake/counterfeit goods are not permitted. Members request/take advice & trade/exchange goods, at their own risk. Admin accept no liability for consequences of such interactions.

Pets
Lost/found pet posts must specify the unit number, picture & a description. Posts looking for homes/adoption are allowed as long as the owner is posting.
